So last night I prayed for one last time to ask Heavenly Father if the Book of Mormon and LDS Church was true. I’d never gotten an answer before (now I’m thinking I did, but missed it), so I thought this would be it- I’m definitely going to give up and try and make my old Baptist faith work again…
You can meet with the Missionaries anywhere that us convenient for you, so try meeting them at the chapel that’s closest to you. You can also meet at other members houses if that doesn’t work. :) When I finally got the answer that this Church was the true Church, I could not wait to start my lessons with the Missionaries! I have a feeling that you wont be able to wait either. :)
Definitely meet outside your home! I don’t know why they were hesitant :/ If you’re a single woman, it is better to meet in public places anyway, I think.

Friday night, it was 2 am and I was lying in my bed, falling asleep. Stubbornly, I willed myself to stay awake so that I could talk to my best friend who had just logged online (the girl’s a night owl!). I heard the front doorknob jiggling, but I figured maybe it was the apartment next to mine. Then, I heard a key turning in my door. I kept telling myself that it wasn’t happening and that it just HAD to be next door. I then heard a creak and somebody fumbling for the lights. When the light turned on in my kitchen, I realized I had to act.

I love this so much. :) I know where I want to get married. I know this is where I belong. I hope everyone who is struggling knows that things will get worse before they become better. I love you guys. Stay strong and endure until the end.

Having more experience as a member does not mean you know or understand more about the church.
Disagree and quote and talk about whatever, but don’t use “I have more experience than you/you’re just a convert” as any sort of reason as to why you’re right.

I have heard a lot of stories in the past where the people sacrificed their lives for their king. But there’s only one King I know who sacrificed His life for His people ― Jesus.
